Mitzi Knox serves the Birmingham area as a Senior Care Advisor. She has several years of experience in the Senior Care industry. Mitzi has had personal challenges with health and loss of loved ones, including seeing her father suffer from dementia. Because of so many personal challenges the last couple of years, she never takes any situation lightly. She believes that life is a gift from God, and that each of us is here for a reason. She considers her job to be her ministry. Many families are hurting and need guidance, so she handles each call, each visit, and each interaction with genuine care and compassion. She prays for everyone she sees, and will pray with them if desired. She feels that it is an honor to listen and give guidance to people going through tough challenges. Mitzi is happily married, and is blessed with beautiful children and grandchildren.

Judy’s search for a career that fulfills her desire to help others, while providing challenging opportunities, led me to Family Private Care. She firmly believe this line of work is truly a calling, not just a job. Judy’s personal life experiences in helping to care for her bedridden father and other close loved ones along with a passion to help senior citizens has clearly shown that she has a deep concern for the care that senior citizens receive. A strong belief in the service provided by FPC is what drew her to become part of this home care organization. Judy’s love for what she does is evident by all her know her and interact with her at Family Private Care.

Ginger Amouie | Office Assistant

Ginger Amouie was born and raised in Alabama. Her caregiving experience came from caring for her mother. Ginger took care of her mother all of her adult life. Her mother’s health started to decline in 1990, until she passed away in 2000. She is a loving wife of 27 years and a mother to two wonderful children. Ginger is a member of Church of the Highlands Grants Mill. There, she has served on the dream team. She loves her job as an Office Assistant and also enjoys interacting with the caregivers.
