Just a word of praise for Laura. She came in when I was in intense pain and handled the situation with poise and a calm professionalism. As I look back, I am impressed how she came in to a strange house and new people and a patient really suffering. I was speaking with the doctor’s assistant and just handed her the phone to take the instructions. She did that and continued a strenuous regime for the rest of the night. I know she was exhausted. I know I was. I give her praises all around. Thanks again for checking in. I am doing great and she really was an angel sent to take of me.

“My mother was a patient who was cared for by your wonderful CNA’s until her passing. Theo was such a blessing to my mother and to us! The tenderness she showed my mother was a comfort to her, and Theo’s expertise relieved my mother from additional pain. Even though Sheila only cared for my mother a few times, she did a great job, too. We will always be grateful to you for quickly lining up Theo for us, the wisdom in having Theo and Sheila as part of your professional team, and to Dawn Reed for advising us to contact you.”

“I needed a caregiver for my mother and was concerned about having someone I did not know in her home. Finally, I called Family Private Care and was so glad I did. They asssured me of their stringent screening process. Indeed I found that the caregivers they sent for my mother were great women who really cared. It took such a load from my mind. I highly recommend Family Private Care to all my friends!”
