In the high stress world of health care – oftentimes, we forget to focus on ourselves – including our communication among team members and giving praise when praise is due. Improving communication and team building in the workplace can increase morale and help the team to operate more cohesively together. In this informative presentation, John Butler will present on how to effectively work together as a team while taking into consideration the complexities of communication, personalities and the effectiveness of giving kudos while working in a team environment.
